Brisbane City Council advises us that there will be an increase in construction traffic accessing the West End ferry terminal for the remainder of July. The ferry terminal is at the corner of Hoogley and Orleigh Streets in West End, on the popular river loop ride.
Construction work on the terminal will involve construction workers and vehicles entering and leaving the site more frequently during this period. Council advises this might lead to temporary disruptions to the free flow of cyclist traffic, and requests cyclists to take extra care and reduce speed to less than 40km/hr within 100m of the site as signed.
