BCC intercept surveys

Brisbane City Council is looking for volunteers to help conduct a survey of shared pathway users. Details are below.

Council’s Active Transport section is undertaking a survey of shared pathway users (cyclist and pedestrians) from 21-27 March.

The aim of the surveys is to:

  • understand user satisfaction with the current shared pathway network
  • barriers to greater use; and
  • obtain suggestions for improvements to the network.

What you can do: volunteer 2 hours of your time to help us administer an on-site survey and you will receive an Active Travel backpack.

I have attached the schedule which outlines the dates, times and 13 sites we are surveying.

If you are available please email me directly at sabrina.vonbayer@brisbane.qld.gov.au with your availability, preferred site(s), preferred times and an on-site contact number. You will receive your Active Travel backpack when you arrive for your shift.
